Recently there has been an uproar in the publishing community. Bloggers focus on delivering on good content through extensive research and providing a unique voice and opinion through their own blogs. And, to add a layer to the cake, earning revenue from the blog posts is what the main source of income is. Bloggers use several ad services like Google Adsense, Chitika, Adbrite, Clicksor, Infolinks and so on.
But, for the past few months, there had been an uproar in the community of Publishers using Infolinks. The complaint is that Infolinks is not paying much for the clicks being generated. The revenue they share is far less when compared to other ad services. But, Infolinks claims that they do provide the publishers with the highest share of revenue. In their own words,
Each time your website visitors click on an In-Text ad, you get paid. We seek the advertisers, you get the revenues, and we make sure you keep most of it with the industry’s highest revenue share offer. The more clicks on your In-Text ads, the higher the revenue you earn.
This approach of Infolinks is appraised by many a blogger and do include me in that list. But, as some bloggers around are suggesting to move away from them showing their reports, the doubt still persists to choose which is the best ad provider. I recently saw a screenshot of the report generated at Infolinks.
But, I would definitely use Infolinks on this blog as I consider niche is the most important thing which returns more. And, as I am more positive towards the earnings from Infolinks, there is not an issue with me from the day I have started using it.
It’s totally the Publisher’s call to use which ad services on their sites/blogs.
What would you say and choose? Which is the best paying ad service in your case? We are eager to hear from you.

Choosing the right ad service depends on from which part of the world you get majority of the traffic. Personally for me Infolinks have been great, especially after they provided me with Premium Publisher status. Recently Kontera tried to bribe me by promising better earnings, but I wasn’t convinced of their claims so I am sticking with Infolinks. FYI, my earnings with infolinks is more than what i used to earn from echotopic as well
Wow! That image is shocking. So many clicks, yet such little pay.
As for myself, I don’t currently use any ad services. I am concentrating on getting lots of readers to my blog. The money will come later
