What’s with these organizations such as Microsoft, Twitter, Google, Apple which hunt down the hackers who have not done any considerable damage to the organizations but, have just let them be aware of the exploitations which can bring their networks down by being susceptible to attacks? Do the Multi-National Companies ever learn the fact that there are two types of people who destroy the functionality of the application by injecting malicious code in the smoothly running application and they are christened as Hackers(Ethical Hackers) and Crackers(Malicious Hackers?)?
Now that the Twitter Worm creator has actually come around and announced himself that He has created the worm in 2 hours flat just because of the boredom and the XSS flaw He had detected in Twitter a week back, How safe is online presentation? There is an exponential rise in the growth of Twitter and even though Google’s Plan to Buy Twitter has taken a backseat now, this worm attack by Michael Mooney, of StalkDaily(Which is currently undergoing maintenance, or has it been brought down by the ethical hackers at Twitter?), surely places Twitter on the front panel of many hackers around the world.

Michael Mooney, creator of Twitter Worm
In an interview conducted by NetNewsDaily, this 17 year old kid says that he had been aware of the consequences if he gets caught and is prepared for the battle between the two parties in the time to come.
So, is it right to attack the Worm Creator, Michael Mooney or does Twitter need to reconsider their options and bring him into their team to build robust application which has turned the coins topsy-turvy from the day it was launched.
Do share with us if you think whether or not Michael Mooney should be given a corporal punishment for detecting and letting the Twitter know it’s own faults?
Update: Inadvertently, we had earlier defined Hacker and a Cracker in an ambiguous manner. Corrected it now. Thanks for the commentor who shared the point in a ‘constructive’ manner

Before people go posting things on the internet….it might be a good idea to understand what they are posting about before they look like idiots. Crackers are not (ethical hackers) they are a type of hacker that cracks software and such….. whoever wrote this is dumb and that is about all I have to say.
Well Jack_Ass95, if people wish to be named like that, so be it. I do personally accept the fact that the comparision had been entirely wrong and the difference between a Hacker and a Cracker is entirely given in an erroneous manner.
Thanks for pointing this out. We would definitely amend the content ASAP.
