Google Chrome shakes off Beta Tag-Servers Broken Due to Heavy Downloads

Google is extremely happy to announce that Google Chrome has shaken the Beta tag off its booty and has gone into public as well-versed internet browser. There are two flavors of the browser now, developer and stable. Two versions means that “This is NOT a complete release, We are still testing it at the expense of Users. Period”. So, what are these versions for? Isn’t it like one version to download and use? Yes, it just like that but with significant difference.

The ‘Developer’ version enables the user to install some more user-created-scripts just like GreaseMonkey scripts and test the browser and churn out the real hidden features and make the most out of it where as a ‘Stable’ version would be just for the users who would just love the new look and feel of the browser and keep browsing the internet using it, forgetting about what is running under the hood.

Tell me the features of this new version of Google Chrome?

The features included now are pretty much naive because most of these already exist with the most famous browser of all time, Internet Explorer. He He, sorry, Mozilla Firefox. We were just kidding. When you install the GreaseMonkey in the Firefox, you can do more than what the usual browser provides. Similarly, most of the new features in Google Chrome appear as if they have just fallen off the mouth of Firefox. The features are, it’s a small list, really.

Big G is very much on the blue moon to state the new and re-vigorated features of the new version which are like increased speed, form autofill, full page zoom and autoscroll. So, what’s the core which is running all these features? Ahem, WebKit. Also, checkout this cool video which previews one of the coolest feature of Google Chrome, DragTabs.
