Search Engine and Back Links Checker in FireFox through SearchStatus

Mozilla Firefox is spreading like wildfire and netizens(like citizens) are being urged and requested to shift to Firefox from Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer,as we are all aware a great browser which had been in use from the early days of Internet. But, the major problem with IE is, it had stayed there and never came in an advanced form as other browsers came along. But, IE is the one browser on which I learnt browsing, so I use it periodically. One feature that Firefox has and which surpasses all  different browsers is Extensibility.

Downloaded Firefox comes in a basic stripped down version, which is good enough to continue with daily internet activities like internet browsing, sending mails, surfing the net. But, as the user grows more advanced and as the needs crop up, a browser has to learn to adapt itself and continue to serve the user rather than being monotonous and regular. That’s where Firefox hits the mark.

To reap the SEO benefits from Firefox, webmasters can make use of a simple addon named SearchStatus, which acts as a search extension.

This addon serves the highly specialized needs of Search Engine Marketers by providing them different options to choose from like displaying a specific site’s Google Pagerank, Google Category, Alexa Rank, Compete Rank and several other statistics such as Alexa Incoming Links, Related Links and backward links. Too good to be true, right?

Nice review Suneel. I've been using this tool for quite some time now and it comes really handy many a times. Well, its ability to detect and highlight 'nofollow' links i feel is the best one. All that needs to be done is to click on 'Highlight Nofollow Links' and it'll surround all such links on a page in red, this ofcourse can be used while searching for dofollow backlinks on blogs, guestbooks, etc..

Very nice plugin, all the options come together. Now i need not to manually go for every site for checking.
