Recently I have written a suggestion about how good it would be to see a feature as in Google Suggest in our Gmail Inboxes too. As you are aware of the fact that the Google’s new search engine Caffeine which is yet in Sand box and the regular Google Search does provide the user with suggestions while he/she is entering the search term.

While this feature had been doing rounds in Googleplex dogtests for quite some time, recently Gmail Team had announced that you can implement the same feature in your Gmail Inbox by just configuring a single setting in the Labs under Settings.
All you need to do if you wish to enable this feature is, go to Setting -> Labs or click on the green beaker near the signout button in your inbox and search for the terms ‘Search Autocomplete’. You will be provided with this configuration which you need to enable to make this work.

After that you save the changes and the page refreshes to make this setting effective. Now, you can search your inbox for your contacts or email whose subject is well remembered but the contents are fading out in your memory or a file name for which you have forgotten the extension and anything which your inbox is hiding from ya.

Hope you make use of this feature and make most of your time rather than scouring thousands of mails for a single one which you have forgotten how to find it.
Do comment which is the most important feature which you use mostly in Gmail. And also tell us why You like it. If you wish to suggest any feature to Gmail team, you can do so.
